What does freedom mean to you?
Freedom to me means being able to live your truth —to be you, openly and honestly. It’s the ability to be yourself in the truest form.
Why did you pursue the Women in Freedom Photoshoot?
As I was looking at the ads, I was inspired by the other women. I told myself I can be an inspiration too for others. And that made me decide to pursue the Women in Freedom photoshoot even though I dont have the experience being photoshoot by a professional. 🤗
Share a bit about your personal story and where you are today. In what ways have you stepped into your freedom recently?
A lot was expected from me. I am a person who listens and will just do what’s best for my family— shall I say, I will sacrifice my own happiness, my wants, I will endure all the stress, for the sake of the family’s welfare. One day I just realized that I have to look on myself. I have to take good care of myself. Now, I am having a Self-Love mode which I am enjoying it. 🤗
How has this life of freedom had a positive impact on you?
It enables me to make my own choices and take control over my life. (Not saying I am not taking or listening to any advice/s but I making decisions what is best for me not what is best for them)
What was the most meaningful aspect of this photoshoot to you?
When I was able to freely smile.. laugh my heart out loud …without hesitations .. without the thought of what might others will say or think … it was just me at that moment…were I was able to say, I am beautiful and I am proud of myself that I have come this far 😍
How do you plan to hold onto this feeling of unique freedom?
I will just continue to be true to myself without hurting others.
